On 17th April, 2011, BIET started a "How to write a job application file" free class. Twenty students from colleges and universities in Nha Trang attended this class.

Mr. Chi - BIET's director who has experienced in job interview and recruiment guided them how to write a job application file and also guided them how to answer interviewer's simple and complicated questions. They were eager to learn and they tried to apply what they learned in their job seeking progress and they hope they soon find a good job.

On Sunday morning of 11th March, 2012, BIET started the first effective study secret class which has 15 students.

On 8th Dec, 2013 BIET started THE CLASS OF PERSONAL POWER DISCOVERY and succeeded unexpectedly.
Why did we succeed?
Unlike other training places, our program is very practical. It means that learners have to attend practical activities to CHECK and REALIZE the STRONG POINTS and WEAK POINTS and take out many lessons to apply in their lives. The teacher observed their reaction and feelings and then guided them to realize the STRONG POINTS and WEAK POINTS and encouraged them to develop and adjust those strong points and weak points to be be happy and successful.
We succeeded in this differently because we applied 02 methods: Active - Learning Method and Interactive Method and exploited learners' psychology.

12 students took part in this class from 8:00am to 9:00pm and learned, attended activities relating to personality, aptitude and feelings, ....The lecturer - Mr. Nguyen - always gave students sudden things through his teaching and guidance to help them realize themselves. All of them were keen on this and pleased with this course. Below is some comments:
1. Thanh Thanh Thi Pham: This program is very useful and meaningful to those who are frightened, unconfident and lack of will like me. Through this class, I overcame fear and I was confident to break my bad inside heart. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his two assisstants. I hope this program will be expanded to help weak people like me in the future.
2. Hong Phuong Thi Vu: I learned many things from this class. To be successful, I must be active, I must know to work with others, believe my leaders and colleagues. By practical experiences, I realized my personal power and then I knew how to overcome my fear, weakness, hold my belief steady to get achievements in my life. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his two assisstants - Ms Thoa and Mr. Tuyen.
3. Hong Anh Dao: This class was helpful and I became confident and had enough bravery to overcome difficulty in my life. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his two assisstants - Ms Thoa and Mr. Tuyen. I hope this class will be maintained so that many others can have an opportunity to experience like me.
4. Thao Quynh Ha Nguyen: This class gave me many various feelings and sudden things. The activities of this class make my personal power break out gradually and did what I have never done before. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his assisstants.
5. Duc Viet Tran: This class awoke my personal power, gave me more effort in my life. I am 18 and a student and I would like to do more things I like in the future but I don't know how to start with it. Thanks to this class, I realized that my big enemy was myself. To be successful, I must win myself.

Learning and Being Self – Educated Skill requires learners to be aware of knowledge importance cultivate it regularly by setting learning goal, learning with right methods, using devices which aid memory, fixing time reasonably, knowing the ways to find materials, being patient and disciplinary, …  It is not simple that learners only listen to their teachers’ lesson explanations at classes or read books and newspapers sparingly.
Nowaday’s pupils and students cannot do these, so they are tired of , stressed out the pile of lessons at school They learn a lot but they cannot be good at all subjects. Others who would like to reseach their topics deeply get embarrassment or don’t have clear orientation.
Accordingly, we design the course “Learning and Being Self – Educated With BIET’s 07 Own Secrets” to help all learners solve these problems.

       * To help all students have clear study orientation and know learning methods thoroughly.
       * After the course, learners will know learning secrets, adjust their learning ways to enhance their marks and widen their knowledge with learned secrets.

On Saturday and Sunday of 8th and 9th March, 2014, BIET started the effective study secret class which has 12 students.

After studying, all the students realized that they have studied everything without any methods before so they were usually embarrassed. And they tried to apply what they have learn in subjects at their schools or universitiesand they hope they will succeed in it to solve their impasse in their study. They also know how to arrange their time properly, to summarize what they learn, ....

From January 2015 on, BIET applies the New and Strange Thing that called INSERTING LIFE SKILLS LESSONS – PERSONALITY LESSONS into BIET’s English and Russian programs for all its students.
Those are simple Life Skills Lessons – Personality Lessons students don’t know or forgot such as Greeting, apologizing, thank-you, saving, cleaning, behaving in public, listening skill, ….
The reason why we do this is that during the time of training, we have realized that nowaday learners have lacked of Life Skills Lessons – Personality Lessons. For example, they don’t know how to communicate with each other: they don’t know how to greet each other or their teachers when entering classes; when they are late for class they don’t ask their teachers for permission of entering classes or they have studied together for 8 weeks but they didn’t know their classmates. Therefore, we would like to insert Life Skills Lessons – Personality Lessons into our programs to help them be aware of these lessons and apply them in their lives to be POLITE and GOOD people for all faimilies and society.

Thanks to BIET’s LIFE SKILLS LESSONS – PERSONALITY LESSONS learners become POLITE and GOOD people for all faimilies and society. That’s what we should do.

Therefore, we are determined to INSERT LIFE SKILLS LESSONS INTO BIET’S PROGRAMS.
